Maldives

A comprehensive assessment was undertaken for a hospitality and real estate opportunity in the Maldives, covering financial modelling, commercial feasibility, site analysis, technical and environmental viability, legal and leasehold considerations, regulatory compliance, operations, development and risk management.

Following completion of the assessment, the project's EBITDA, GOP, yield and IRR were evaluated to determine the appropriate investment structure. Based on the analysis, the opportunity was considered for direct participation by our group rather than through a third-party M&A structure.
